Little Hare Books is happy to accept unsolicited fiction and picture book manuscripts, and sample artwork.

We accept manuscripts in hard copy only (no disks or email), but we will accept sample artwork on CD.

When sending material, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope, or an International Reply Paid voucher, particularly if you wish to have your material returned to you. (Note: if you are submitting material from outside Australia, and do not wish to have your material returned, there is no need to include postage with your submission.)

For junior fiction submissions, please include only the first three chapters and a detailed outline of how the events unfold and how the plot is resolved.

We ask for 4-6 months to assess your submission. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide detailed feedback.
