Two years ago, Sheldon’s dad died in a mysterious whale accident. Just when Sheldon thinks things couldn’t get worse, local Farrago Bay surfer Biff Manly is found dead. Sheldon’s brother is the prime suspect.
The freakishly smart new kid in Sheldon’s class, Theophilus Brain, decides to find out what is going on in the bay. He adopts Sheldon as his sidekick, and soon has Sheldon blundering along on a bizarre investigative roller-coaster ride. Sheldon hasn’t a clue what’s going on, but luckily The Brain seems to have it all figured out.
What is The Brain’s connection to these weird goings-on? Why is he so keen to get to the bottom of it all? Sheldon soon realises nothing is as it seems—and that it could be deadly!
